General
How long do new car orders take to arrive?
There is a minimum 2 week wait for orders coming directly from the Sydney docks. Other Australian Docks can take longer. Dependant on stock availability it may be necessary to import your vehicle from overseas. In these instances, it can take months for the vehicle to arrive.
How will I know when my new car has arrived?
You will be contacted by phone of ongoing process where your car is at and when the car is ready to be picked up.
How do I find your dealership?
Fronting the Mitchell highway at the entrance of Orange (as entering from Sydney), directly opposite Bunning’s Warehouse.
What other services do you provide?

- Comfortable waiting area with plasma TV, DVD, Xbox, and variety of toys and amusements for young and old.
Service
Do you have a service loan car available if I require one?
Orange Motor Group Service Centre offers 2 loan cars and a drop off and pick up service is also available.
How will I know when my car is ready?
The service centre will give you an approximate time when your car should be ready at drop off but otherwise will call you when the car is ready.
Do you use Isuzu, Subaru and Peugeot accredited & specialist mechanics?
Yes, all our technicians are accredited and/or specialist mechanics. We also use specialised manufacturer specific diagnostic equipment. You can be sure your vehicle is in safe hands.
Finance
How long does it take to get a loan approval?
1-2 hours, depending whether financial are required
What if my credit rating is not so good?
Depending on what the impairment is our qualified business manager may be able assist you.
I owe more than what was offered on my trade but I wish to upgrade
No problem, we can assist you with an upgrade and give you different options for you to consider.

Insurance
Do you offer mechanical breakdown warranty on your used cars?
Yes, we can offer 2 levels of used car warranty, each with options offering no excess and service anywhere in Australia for a period of up to 5 yrs
